Justin Bieber Hit By Controverisal Cannabis Claims

Source: The Sun

Justin Bieber has vowed “to be better” after he was photographed smoking what is claimed to be cannabis.
The teen idol was seen holding a roll-up as he chatted with friends inside a hotel room in Newport Beach, California.
One photo shows Bieber, 18, giggling as he clutches what reports called a “smoldering blunt”. He is surrounded by mates drinking beer.

Insiders claim rapper Lil Twist – a friend of Bieber – was rolling cigarettes and passing them round, resulting in “a lot of pot smoke”.
The pictures were taken on January 2, according to gossip site TMZ.
The sensational claims follow the death of paparazzo Chris Guerra on New Year’s Day.
Guerra, 29, was fatally hit by an oncoming vehicle while attempting to photograph the star in Los Angeles.
He had reportedly said just hours before he died that he saw the pop star smoking marijuana through a pipe in his white Ferrari.
Bieber was not behind the wheel at the time Guerra was killed.
Today, the Beauty And A Beat singer took to Twitter in the wake of the photos’ publication.
He wrote: “Everyday growing and learning. trying to be better. u get knocked down, u get up.
“Back on tour tomorrow. ready to see u all smile. time to do what im supposed to be doing. performing. #BELIEVEtour.”
He went on: “i see all of u. i hear all of u. i never want to let any of you down. i love u. and..thank u. #beliebers.
“Like i said…2013…new challenges. new doubters… Im ready. We are ready. see u all tomorrow and everyday after that.”
Freelance photographer Guerra was tailing Bieber’s white 458 Italia Ferrari on January 1 when it was pulled over by police in LA.
He got out of his car to take pictures but was struck by a Toyota Highlander SUV as he ran back to his own vehicle after being told repeatedly to leave by police
