Ghanaian rapper, Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah, known in showbiz as Tic Tac was one of the few people who met American actor and screenwriter Steven Seagal when he stopped over Accra, before heading to South Africa in April 2005.

The movie icon who was heading to the southernmost country in Africa to shoot scenes for the movie, ‘Mercenary for Justice’ was also met at the Kotoka International Airport by Mr. Asamoah Boateng, the then Deputy Minister of Tourism and Modernisation of the Capital City. Others were Madam Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, the then Deputy Minister of Information, music group VIP and philanthropist Princess Asie Ocansey.
