The season of love is finally here and as usual a number of events are being put up across the country but the official party to mark this special day will be held at a very special venue in the capital city, Accra.
Dubbed the “Valentine’s Day Salsa & Kizomba Special”, it will see patrons dine and wine amidst enthralling performances of these winsome dances. There will be a lot of food including a stunning selection of Sushi and continental set of menus just to rekindle those flames of passion on the dance floor.
The gathering is also earmarked to witness the never-seen performances of some of the country’s top-notch instructors of the dance. There will also be lessons for beginners as well as Limbo competition during the night.
It will be held at the Chase Restaurant opposite the Labone Coffee Shop on Friday, February 14 at 9.00pm and entry is absolutely free of charge.
According to Mr. Robert Klah, the president of UnoSalsa, it is natural that this special day [Valentine’s Day] is celebrated with these special genres of dance.
“What better way to celebrate a love day, than with a passionate romantic dance with your partner. It is time to rekindle those flames of passion on the dance floor,” he acknowledged.
He also noted that the UnoSalsa in partnership with other salsa clubs is embarking on a major salsa party project for each month and as a result charged salsa lovers to expect a surprise salsa party each month coming to a beautiful place near you.
