What Is Coda Drive
CODA drive is a quadricycle that can carry four passengers on short trips in the city.
It was designed by the Coastal Development Authority to eradicate poverty and create wealth for commercial drivers, okadas, and pragya riders.
As part of the new project, the Coastal Development Zone will enhance road safety.
Price of Coda Drive
Jerry Ahmed Shaib, CEO of CODA, recently stated that the recently acquired quadricycles cost 24,000 Ghana cedis (GHS. ).
He stated that the government purchased the automobile from India in order to control and eradicate Okada activities.
“We have a tracking system. We also have the drivers comprehensive insurance…I bought the car ( quadricycles ) at GH¢24,000 for one from India”. He revealed when spoke in an interview on Citi FM.
In addition to providing income-earning opportunities to thousands of Ghanaian families, CODA Driv reduces crashes on Ghana’s roads which translates to fewer injuries and deaths, according to the CEO.
